The project Our Green European Town aims at raising students’ interest in natural sciences, expanding their knowledge of environmental protection, sustainable environment and sustainable architecture. It is directed to teaching our students to adopt eco-friendly lifestyles in their everyday life. It promotes  creativity and developing students’ skills in art. Among the competences this project sets out to improve are the ones in ICT and foreign languages. Our goals are promoting intercultural competence, European integration, exchange of the best practices and better cooperation between teachers of different subjects.  The direct target group of this project are the teachers and students of the 6 participant schools.

The wider target group is the local community in our 6 regions and it is our aim  to raise common awareness of the importance of environmental protection.
